Even though I seem to have more pep today from this new medication, I am exhausted from the doctor's appointment from which I did not get home until around 9:30 PM. The medication was handed to me by the doctor. It was a box of samples she had in her office. For all I know, they may be placebos she keeps around for when a patient gets pushy about getting a new prescription. I have no idea how much the stuff will cost if I actually do have it delivered by my pharmacy.
I guess that someone with a chronic illness should have a huge sum of readily available cash for just such circumstances.
I am currently waiting for the pharmacy to call to tell me they are ready to deliver a different medication I had refilled this morning by phone. And I am hoping that I have the co payment in my wallet.
